Rhassoul clay for your hair
Rhassoul is a wonderful shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. Try mixing one tablespoon of clay into one quarter of a cup of warm water. Mix well. Massage the mixture into your scalp and finger comb it through to the ends. Be warned, it can take a little longer to wash out than a regular hair mask. The extra couple of minutes rinsing will be well worth it though.
Rhassoul clay conditions as it cleanses, leaving the hair soft and more manageable. It is useful for dry or itchy scalp problems including dandruff. You won’t need a separate conditioner when using rhassoul clay, but if your hair does feel dry, you could treat it to a few drops of argan oil.
Rhassoul clay for your face
Rhassoul is a great cleanser. Not only is it very effective at removing makeup and dirt, it really helps to draw out impurities, so it can reduce blemishes and make skin look much fresher and more even. All you need to do is dilute the clay with water to make a thin paste. Use rosewater instead of tap water if you can, for extra hydration. Massage the paste into your skin and then wash away, or remove with a damp cloth. If you have time, leave it on for a few minutes. You will be rewarded with plumper skin, that feels much softer.
People often assume that clay is very drying, but the opposite is true here. Rhassoul works with your skin’s natural oils and helps to lock in moisture. Clinical studies have found that it can dramatically reduce dryness. Enjoy!

It’s my favorite clay! It does what it promises, the skin is really clean after all and the effects remain longer. After the mask, however, a good moisturizing cream or mask should be applied. Great! Super recommended

I had to try this as soon as I received it. I made enough to coat my scalp and hair in the shower, left for a few minutes and then rinsed. I used what was left over on my face. My hair is clean and shiny and the itchiness on my scalp has disappeared and my face was left feeling thoroughly clean and smooth. Another amazing product, Akamuti.
