Arnica oil is a wonderful oil for body massage. We recommend using organic arnica oil before or after sports activities to help keep the muscles supple. An essential part of our gym kit, we like to massage a little arnica oil into the arms and legs to keep them feeling less achy and strained after a workout. A massage with arnica oil nourishes the skin and keeps the muscles warm. You can apply arnica oil before any strenuous exercise, as well as afterwards. Spend less time aching!
Please note that Arnica oil is not suitable for during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use on any broken skin. We recommend a patch test before use.
Storage: Store your arnica oil in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
