Chamomile is one of the finest soothing and caring oils. It has a sweet, fruity aroma and can be used in a calming massage oil to assist winding down, relaxing and soothing the senses. Chamomile is gentle enough for baby too and gets them in the mood for bedtime.

We recommend: Mix chamomile with equal amounts of lavender & ylang ylang essential oils. Drop in the bath to calm and relax.
