Did you know that conventional palm oil production is responsible for vast deforestation across Indonesia? Palm oil production is endangering both trees & the habitat of animals such as the beautiful Orangutan. Palm oil can be found in products as varied as soap, lipstick, margerine & biodiesel! In light of this situation we only use red palm oil harvested from wild trees or local palm oil growing freely in West Africa.
